Why this tracker matters

CV is mined by spending pMINT and does not have a fixed supply cap. The market CV/pMINT ratio moves while the mint rate slowly decays, so the break-even point changes over time. Tracking both shows whether buying or mining returns more CV for the same pMINT. The mint feed shows new supply entering, while the war chest shows potential CV buy pressure and burns.

Current rules: Mining requires at least 10,000 pMINT locked in Reserve NFTs. A mine charges 15% of the commitment: 10% enters the locked CV pool and 5% buys and burns. The miner receives 70% of the CV created.

Issuance: CV has no supply cap. The 3.69% yearly issuance limit begins when genesis ends on June 30, 2027. Until then, the market-versus-mine price line is the main brake on new CV issuance.
